Create strategic RFP responses and media proposals, build PowerPoint capability decks, design Figma mockups, manage LinkedIn social strategy and email campaigns via Empower, oversee Sharecare social products (SodaRX, Member Reach Social), collaborate on new product development, and provide reporting to drive campaign and proposal performance.

Process and review monthly invoicing data files and invoices for completeness and accuracy; support month-end close and departmental reporting; act as SME for processes and systems; handle escalations and high-volume workloads; provide written and real-time support; update documentation and respond professionally to internal and external communications.

Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts to ensure retention and upsell opportunities. Serve as primary client liaison, oversee SLAs, drive usage of SaaS solutions, coordinate implementations, produce reports and QBRs, maintain Salesforce and NPS feedback, and support contract renewals and strategic planning.

Manage new customer account approvals, maintain account data integrity and parent-child relationships, generate and review invoices, investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, collaborate with sales/customer service/finance, respond to customer billing inquiries, maintain accounts receivable records, and support billing process improvements and system upgrades.
