Drive new merchant acquisition and account growth for GreenSky’s HomeDraw HELOC and point-of-sale financing offerings. Prospect and close home improvement merchant contracts, identify qualified HELOC opportunities, manage the full sales cycle, deliver client presentations and training, maintain a healthy pipeline, support merchant enablement, and build relationships through industry events. The role requires B2B sales experience, strong presentation skills, and familiarity with Salesforce and virtual meeting tools.

Leads GreenSky’s enterprise business intelligence and data engineering strategy, including data modernization, cloud platforms, analytics, governance, reporting, and AI/ML enablement. Builds and scales enterprise data organizations, establishes KPI frameworks and executive reporting, ensures regulatory compliance and data quality, and applies advanced analytics to lending, credit risk, fraud prevention, servicing, customer acquisition, and portfolio performance.

Manages an assigned portfolio of merchant partners to retain, grow, and activate use of GreenSky financing solutions. Responsibilities include merchant outreach, training, account growth initiatives, pricing and underwriting support, relationship development, and timely client service. Success is measured by merchant retention, activation, revenue generation, and increased consumer loan volume.

Acquire and grow B2B merchant relationships for GreenSky consumer financing in the home improvement sector. Prospect small and mid-sized merchants, secure contracts, obtain marketing support, and help enroll locations and train sales staff. This individual-contributor role requires conducting web-based presentations and training, managing the sales process, nurturing post-sale business, and consistently meeting acquisition goals.

Manages an assigned portfolio of merchant partners by retaining accounts, increasing financing solution usage, activating new merchants, and generating revenue. Responsibilities include merchant onboarding, training, sales initiatives, pricing requests, underwriting support, relationship development, and client support. The role requires quota-based sales or relationship management experience, Salesforce proficiency, and occasional availability outside normal hours to support Pacific Time clients.

Owns financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and complex modeling for a consumer-lending fintech. Analyzes loan-level economics, vintage performance, funding costs, credit losses, and profitability. Partners with accounting, credit risk, treasury, and business leadership; presents insights to executives and the Board; mentors junior analysts; and improves planning tools, reporting automation, dashboards, and processes.

Supports budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, variance analysis, scenario modeling, and financial modeling for strategic and operating decisions. Analyzes loan and vintage performance, profitability drivers, and financial metrics while partnering with Accounting, Analytics, Pricing, and Sales. Maintains reporting tools, dashboards, databases, and planning systems, including Workday Adaptive Planning, and prepares insights and presentations for senior leadership.

Supports compliance testing for consumer lending and servicing by sourcing and analyzing loan-level data, building sampling and automated testing scripts, evaluating internal controls, identifying performance trends, preparing compliance KPIs and reports, and communicating control weaknesses and remediation plans. The role also contributes to data architecture and develops subject-matter expertise in financial services compliance.

Own an AI-native product area within a small pod, transforming customer intent into prototypes, specifications, and shipped products. Drive discovery, user research, validation, outcome metrics, backlog priorities, and continuous improvement. Partner closely with technical, QA, design, risk, compliance, legal, sales, and operations teams. Establish responsible AI practices, monitor product performance, and help develop GreenSky’s agentic product operating model.

Owns credit risk strategies for a consumer lending platform, including loan valuation, loss and profitability modeling, performance monitoring, test-and-learn experimentation, prescreen strategy, and implementation within decisioning systems. The role partners with Credit, Product, Servicing, Capital Markets, Legal, and Compliance to optimize underwriting, pricing, borrower communications, and collections strategies. It also requires communicating analytical insights to senior stakeholders and potentially mentoring junior team members.
