Provide legal support for the Compliance Department, advising on federal, state, and local laws (including HIPAA and TCPA), reviewing and drafting contracts and policies, assisting litigation management, contributing to compliance work plans, assessing compliance/privacy/operational risk, and supporting implementation of the companys compliance program.

Manage frontline employee relations including high-volume casework, investigations, ADA interactive process and accommodations. Coach managers on performance and difficult conversations, maintain legally defensible documentation, and lead HR project management for merit planning, handbook reviews, and talent reviews using HR tooling.
