Perform daily investment valuation, security pricing, fair value analysis, price exception resolution, liquidity reviews, and valuation monitoring. Review NAV calculations, financial and regulatory reports, reconciliations, treasury activities, expenses, and audit inquiries. Supports Global Distribution by monitoring industry and competitor activity, analyzing investment, performance, fee, flow, and market data, and developing competitive positioning insights. Prepares executive and governance reporting, advises senior sales and business stakeholders, contributes to product and pricing strategy, and partners cross-functionally on growth decisions. Improves and automates research and reporting workflows using approved AI tools while maintaining confidentiality, controls, and compliance.

Develop and support Salesforce Sales platform solutions with a strong focus on UI/UX, Lightning components, Apex, automation, integrations, security, testing, deployment, and production support. Partner with Sales Enablement and enterprise technology teams to translate workflows into scalable solutions. Integrate Salesforce with Snowflake and explore AI-enabled workflows using Agentforce, Snowflake Cortex, Einstein, and related technologies.

Support Salesforce and Snowflake administration, CRM enhancements, data quality, governance, integrations, reporting, user support, and sales-process optimization. Partner with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions. Develop business logic for sales attribution and organizational relationships, resolve data discrepancies, and pilot responsible AI solutions using tools such as Claude Cowork and Microsoft Copilot to improve sales productivity and user experience.

The Manager of Valuation Oversight leads the valuation function, ensuring accuracy and compliance, managing teams, and liaising with stakeholders on complex valuation matters.

The Sales Director will work with the Global Value team to drive growth in the intermediated wealth channel through business planning, sales execution, and stakeholder collaboration, leveraging a strong sales record and extensive networks.

Conduct fundamental research and financial modeling on public and private companies across emerging, frontier and developed markets. Screen debt and equity opportunities, monitor portfolio assets, manage private securities and restructurings, engage with management and industry experts, and travel to conferences and company visits to support the investment process alongside portfolio managers, analysts, and traders.

Support end-to-end ETF lifecycle operations including basket creation/redemption, holdings dissemination, reconciliations, trade settlement, and operational issue resolution. Monitor secondary market trading and liquidity, coordinate with APs, custodians, market makers, and tech teams, own end-of-day CPR process, manage platform deliverables, support ETF launches, and improve controls and automation to scale operations.
