Manage REO property portfolios from acquisition through disposition, coordinating vendors, agents, attorneys, and internal teams. Ensure property preservation, marketing, sales, regulatory, investor, and insurer compliance. Reviews legal and property documentation, follows state-specific and investor requirements, maintains accurate system records, communicates status updates, and escalates delays, compliance issues, or contested occupancy matters.

Manage GNMA delivery cycles and prepare mortgage loans for sales/securitizations by coordinating with internal teams, GSEs, custodians, and finance. Research and resolve loan data exceptions, interpret contracts, produce reports/summaries, and assist custodial account balancing.

Senior individual-contributor analytics leader who transforms mortgage servicing and portfolio data into actionable insights. Builds executive dashboards and reports, performs advanced SQL analysis and root-cause investigations, partners with technology and business stakeholders to ensure data integrity, and presents recommendations to senior leadership, investors, and clients to drive operational and strategic decisions.
