Owns outbound dialing programs and campaign strategy across the contact center, liaising with investors and stakeholders to translate requirements into executable campaigns. Oversees campaign deployment, performance monitoring, compliance, process improvement, and cross-functional alignment to optimize borrower engagement and operational outcomes.

Investigate and quantify mortgage servicing controllable losses by performing loan-level reconciliations, root-cause analysis, and documentation. Validate servicing actions against investor, agency, insurer, and regulatory requirements; support audits, vendor recoveries, reporting validation, and process-improvement initiatives while managing an assigned inventory and meeting SLAs and KPIs.

Research and resolve invoice issues, assist testing and validation of system updates, maintain documentation, produce recurring KPI and exception reports, support control monitoring, coordinate ticket resolution, perform root-cause analysis, and identify process improvement opportunities.

Manage end-to-end filing, tracking, recovery, and reconciliation of mortgage-related insurance, government, investor, and reimbursement claims. Prepare and submit claims, resolve deficiencies and denials, analyze losses to improve recoveries, collaborate with internal teams and external vendors, maintain records and reports, and support audits and compliance activities.

Manage a portfolio of bankruptcy loans ensuring timelines, milestones, and compliance. Handle complex Chapter 11/13 matters, reconciliations, discharge reviews, and escalated servicing issues. Coordinate with attorneys, trustees, investors, and internal teams; maintain documentation in MSP/LPS and servicing platforms; manage workflows, reports, and production goals while identifying and resolving risks.

Lead operational oversight of bankruptcy processes across residential and BPL portfolios, ensuring compliant execution of Chapter 7/11/13 workflows. Manage escalations, coordinate with Legal, Foreclosure, Collateral and Recoverability teams, implement controls and system alerts, track KPIs, oversee vendors and counsel, support audit readiness, and drive process improvements and team development to mitigate risk and optimize recovery outcomes.

Drive operational efficiency via data-driven insights and process optimization. Analyze large datasets, design scalable processes, lead root-cause analysis and process mapping, define and track KPIs, build dashboards, manage projects and risks, facilitate cross-functional requirements, and coach teams on analytical tools and process improvement (DMAIC).

Monitor real-time adherence and staffing in a contact center, identify schedule variances and performance issues, communicate with agents and supervisors, support intraday workforce management activities, generate adherence reports, and participate in continuous improvement and WFM initiatives.

Manage post-transfer document-to-data validation and corporate advance reconciliation operations. Oversee automation outputs, exception queues, KPI reporting, team leadership, process improvements, and cross-functional partnerships to ensure data quality, SLA adherence, and audit-ready controls.
