Coordinates internal and external resources, ensures timely completion aligned with user needs, trains users, manages project team performance, and evaluates overall team effectiveness. The role requires advanced project management expertise, strong leadership, analytical and organizational skills, and substantial experience managing projects within a business or functional area.

Manages and grows a portfolio of mid-market payment-services accounts, focusing on retention, profitability, client satisfaction, strategic direction, and renewals. Advises clients using data analysis, industry knowledge, performance presentations, and improvement recommendations. Acts as an escalation point for client issues while coordinating internal stakeholders, negotiating contracts, managing projects, resolving exceptions, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Owns the vision, strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for omni-commerce products. Identifies customer and business opportunities, defines OKRs and product outcomes, prioritizes features, and coordinates discovery, design, technology, risk, and agile delivery partners. Uses business data, customer insights, performance metrics, and market trends to optimize products, manage dependencies, support modernization, and deliver strong customer and business results.

Design, develop, test, operate, and maintain iOS applications and mobile SDKs. Write production-ready, testable code, ensure scalability, reliability, and security. Troubleshoot issues across mobile and backend, perform code reviews, and work within agile and DevOps practices to support high-scale production systems.
