Own technical customer success for enterprise parking and mobility clients by driving adoption of hardware and SaaS solutions, demonstrating ROI, managing success plans, delivering technical business reviews, advising on architecture and integrations, resolving quick-win issues, gathering product feedback, and partnering with sales, support, product, and engineering teams to improve retention, expansion, and customer advocacy.

Develops and leads enterprise test automation strategy across multiple application platforms. Builds and maintains automation frameworks, integrates test suites into CI/CD pipelines, improves testing practices, analyzes failures, reviews requirements and architecture, and ensures compliance with coding and corporate standards. The role also supports hiring, cross-functional collaboration, API and database testing, defect analysis, environment management, and continuous quality improvement.

Processes customer payments and vendor invoices, reconciles accounts and statements, resolves billing discrepancies, supports collections and payment runs, verifies vendor banking information, maintains documentation, and handles customer and vendor requests.
