Supervises technicians, manages equipment readiness and calibration, develops analytical methods and SOPs, ensures data integrity and safety compliance, and provides technical recommendations to engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams. Drives continuous improvement, laboratory capability development, and technology transfer into production.

Lead the design, development, testing, commissioning, and continuous improvement of mechanical systems for MOCVD and thin-film deposition equipment. Design vacuum, thermal, precision assembly, gas delivery, reactor, and conveyance systems; conduct engineering analysis and validation; create technical documentation; support troubleshooting and manufacturing scale-up; coordinate suppliers and cross-functional teams; and mentor junior engineers.

Leads FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, financial modeling, capital planning, fundraising support, investor engagement, and corporate development. Advises executive leadership and the Board on strategic decisions, acquisitions, partnerships, investment opportunities, and performance management. Builds scalable finance processes, dashboards, valuation analyses, and integrated models while partnering across operations, finance, and IT in a high-growth, capital-intensive environment.

Leads multidisciplinary teams developing REBCO materials, MOCVD deposition processes, reactor platforms, diagnostics, predictive models, and scalable manufacturing technologies. Oversees research roadmaps, commercialization, intellectual property, process qualification, and technology investments while advising executives, customers, partners, universities, and government agencies.
