Manage project direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion. Create and maintain work plans, assign resources, enforce project standards, review deliverables, ensure QA, minimize risk, maintain documentation, and lead internal teams while improving processes.

Perform entry-level instrumentation and electrical engineering tasks: gather vendor data, prepare specifications and basic sketches, review vendor drawings, perform basic calculations, coordinate with clients/subcontractors, track schedule and budget, and follow HSSE and quality procedures.

Design, specify, and implement control systems for Oil & Gas projects including DCS/PLC/SCADA programming, vendor review, drawings checking, site and vendor visits, commissioning support, and operator training while adhering to HSSE and engineering quality standards.

Implement, configure, and secure industrial control systems (DCS/PLC). Maintain OT networks and virtualization, perform OT cybersecurity tasks (hardening, asset inventory, risk assessments), support commissioning, documentation, audits, and client coordination, with travel to onshore and offshore sites.

Manage and mentor an automation and controls engineering team responsible for PLC/DCS programming, HMI and SCADA design, and industrial IT. Oversee project delivery, budgets, schedules, quality checks, specifications, client relationships, safety compliance, hiring, and technical leadership across multi-discipline automation projects.

Produce technical drawings from designer/engineer redlines, clarify instructions, gather field data as requested, track schedule and budget, and follow HSSE standards while participating in hazard identification and reporting.
