Leads assigned projects from planning through completion, managing scope, schedules, resources, deliverables, quality assurance, documentation, risks, and project standards. Builds effective project teams, assigns responsibilities, ensures accountability, supports process improvements, and coordinates internal teams. The role is remote and based out of Tulsa, Oklahoma, with preferred experience in oil and gas or hydrocarbon processing industries.

Lead piping material engineering across engineering, procurement, fabrication, and construction phases. Develop and review piping/material/valve specifications, evaluate vendor submittals, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, support procurement and bid evaluations, manage changes and impacts to cost/schedule, and ensure compliance with industry codes and project requirements. On-site five days per week.

Lead mechanical engineering design for equipment, piping, and systems: prepare specifications, sketches, calculations and analysis models; review vendor drawings; manage projects, budgets, and schedules; perform site and vendor inspections; ensure HSSE compliance; mentor staff and provide technical guidance.

Perform basic mechanical engineering tasks under direct supervision: gather vendor data, prepare specifications and sketches, perform basic calculations, review vendor drawings, track schedule/budget, and follow HSSE and quality procedures.

Performs senior-level instrumentation and electrical engineering for complex projects, including specifications, calculations, design packages, vendor drawing reviews, equipment inspections, procurement support, cost and schedule estimates, and multidisciplinary project leadership. The role manages workload and client relationships, resolves design issues, supports quality and HSE standards, and provides technical guidance to colleagues.

Serves as the primary IT liaison for an engineering, procurement, and construction organization. Provides second-level desktop support, basic network troubleshooting, supervised smart-hands assistance, asset management, onboarding and deployment support, and incident resolution. Coordinates escalations with centralized IT teams, supports office and project-site technology activities, documents procedures, and ensures compliance with cybersecurity, safety, service-level, and change-management requirements.

Designs instrumentation and electrical systems, components, control circuits, lighting systems, and construction drawings using CAD software. Performs electrical calculations, prepares bills of materials and engineering change documentation, updates as-built drawings, supports field surveys, and reviews technical manuals. The role coordinates with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and consultants while maintaining project schedules, budgets, file standards, and HSE compliance.

Design and review electrical systems, prepare specifications, calculations, and drawings; review vendor submissions; visit job sites and vendor facilities; manage projects, budgets, schedules, and client relationships; lead multi-discipline projects and serve as Engineer in Responsible Charge where assigned.

Design electrical and instrumentation systems for onshore gas, hydrocarbon storage, and chemical/refining projects. Prepare drawings, load calculations, control circuits, BOMs, O&M documentation, as-built and ECO documentation, and support field surveys and project deliverables using 2D/3D CAD tools.

Lead advanced pipe stress analyses and design verification using CAESAR II and FEA methods. Ensure piping integrity and code compliance (ASME, ASCE, API), develop stress deliverables, coordinate across disciplines, support FEED-to-construction phases, mentor junior engineers, and resolve field and vendor issues. Work is onsite in the client office full time.
