The Account Executive will sell LendingTree's acquisition products, prospect new partnerships, manage sales pipeline tasks, and present to leadership in the financial sector.

Build, automate, and operate LendingTree's cloud-based data platform (Snowflake focus). Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automate deployments, monitor performance, troubleshoot production issues, support ETL/ELT and streaming (Kafka), participate in on-call rotation, perform RCA, and implement security, IAM, and observability best practices to improve reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.

The Senior Data Scientist leads data analysis and model development projects, leveraging machine learning to drive insights and solutions. Responsibilities include executing data strategies, developing predictive models, collaborating with teams, ensuring model validity, and guiding junior members in a dynamic environment.

Manage and optimize paid search campaigns (Google/Bing) to drive traffic, leads and revenue. Own campaign P&L, bidding, targeting, reporting, and testing. Collaborate with product, creative, analytics and vendors to improve conversion funnels, implement automated bidding and machine-learning approaches, and communicate performance and competitive insights to stakeholders.
