Lead design and implementation of observability and developer productivity tooling for autonomous vehicle engineering. Build and maintain distributed systems, observability pipelines, and cloud-native tooling; influence technical roadmap; perform code reviews and PoCs; partner with engineering teams to improve developer workflows; balance technical debt; and mentor and grow engineers across the organization.
