Build scalable evaluation, introspection, visualization, and metrics tools for autonomous vehicle machine learning models. Develop workflows processing billions of examples and connect offline evaluation with data, training, simulation, and launch decisions. Translate customer, safety, technical, quality, telemetry, and business insights into priorities and measurable outcomes. Lead cross-functional collaboration across engineering, UX/HMI, safety, quality, marketing, and vehicle teams while managing dependencies, risks, staged releases, validation, and in-market improvements. Design, build, and operate secure, scalable Java and Spring Boot microservices, REST and GraphQL APIs, and event-driven integrations supporting GM mobile experiences. Deploy cloud-native services on Azure, strengthen CI/CD and DevOps automation, and improve observability, reliability, and operational health. Apply AI-enabled engineering practices, TDD, and automated testing. Collaborate across product, architecture, security, and engineering teams while mentoring engineers and contributing to technical documentation and standards.

Develops and executes advanced CAE simulations for propulsion systems, including engines, transmissions, drive units, electric motors, and energy storage systems. Partners with design, validation, manufacturing, and supplier teams to optimize performance, quality, durability, efficiency, and development timelines. Performs simulation automation, validation correlation, virtual product development, and capability improvements, with focus areas such as structural, durability, dynamics, NVH, sealing, fastening, cranktrain, and fatigue analysis.

Supports quality engineering for a highly automated, three-shift manufacturing operation. Uses process and defect data for statistical analysis, problem solving, corrective actions, continuous improvement, and change management. Verifies compliance with quality requirements, collaborates with manufacturing and engineering teams, and helps ensure product quality across development, manufacturing, and field operations.

Leads manufacturing engineering activities from concept through implementation and control. Develops and improves manufacturing processes, supports equipment setup and maintenance, troubleshoots mechanical issues using blueprints and schematics, and improves safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity. Collaborates with production, design teams, suppliers, vendors, and engineering groups; evaluates equipment expenditures and supports process documentation, manufacturability, and capital equipment projects.

Leads enterprise strategy for interior vehicle component experiences across programs, brands, studios, and regions. Defines design vision for cockpit and cabin touchpoints, aligning physical and digital interactions with customer needs, brand direction, usability, engineering, manufacturing, cost, and quality. Influences senior stakeholders, establishes priorities and KPIs, leads complex cross-functional initiatives, develops design leaders, and strengthens organizational design capabilities.

Owns and advances serviceability for in-vehicle infotainment and vehicle compute platforms. Responsibilities include debugging complex field issues, analyzing logs, warranty data, and telemetry, developing diagnosability features, building automated and AI-assisted diagnostics, improving dealer support workflows, enforcing observability standards, and coordinating with vehicle platform teams. The role also mentors engineers and supports production vehicle software releases.
