Lead enterprise AI monthly financial reporting, owning end-to-end production of the AI Monthly Operating Review. Translate AI initiatives into defensible dollar-based business cases, maintain an enterprise tracker of AI initiatives, pressure-test function submissions, produce executive-ready decks and narratives, benchmark externally, and coach direct reports in a cross-functional matrixed environment.

Own end-to-end delivery, architecture, platform integration, CI/CD, security, and operational excellence while mentoring engineers and partnering cross-functionally to scale governed AI solutions.

Manage and engage dealerships through frequent in-person visits to drive vehicle and parts sales, support product launches, mentor dealers, analyze sales and CSI data, assist inventory and training compliance, and resolve customer issues across an assigned territory.

Develop, calibrate, and deploy multi-physics electrochemical, thermal, mechanical, and safety battery cell and pack models. Collaborate with test teams to build parameter databases, incorporate aging and variation into simulations, support vehicle co-simulation integration, and apply statistics and machine learning to analyze cell performance and improve modeling efficiency.

Create, maintain, and execute test plans and scripts for in-vehicle infotainment applications. Collaborate with product owners and developers, analyze defects, report test results, and improve test methodologies. Ensure schedules are met and maintain defect/status reporting during test cycles in an Agile environment.

Build and improve end-to-end simulation data workflows and automation for vehicle dynamics: generate, store, process, validate, and analyze simulation datasets; implement CI/CD pipelines, Databricks/SQL-based data management, and automation; partner with simulation engineers to standardize metadata, drive reuse, and train teams toward data-driven simulation practices.

Lead early-phase body-structure feasibility and packaging studies, evaluate design concepts and tradeoffs, coordinate cross-functional input (design, CAE, manufacturing), identify risks, recommend feasible structural strategies, and produce coarse-study criteria to mature concepts into program-ready recommendations.

Calibrate and integrate active chassis and brake control features (ABS, TCS, ESC, Trailer Sway) using vehicle testing and simulation (HiL/DiL). Lead calibration reviews, resolve field issues, develop standard work, collaborate with algorithm and performance teams, and support program milestones while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
