Lead and grow a team delivering GM Basic Software (BSW) platform capabilities (HWIO/MCAL/RTOS, communication, cyber, diagnostics, boot, memory, RTE, safety). Own technical direction, reusable architecture, delivery strategy, cross-team alignment, quality and release readiness, and continuous improvement to meet MSP portfolio and vehicle program needs.

Serve as the on-site product engineering liaison at manufacturing plants to resolve design/process issues, lead root-cause and warranty/scrap investigations, support new design launches and change management, participate in cross-functional reviews, and drive continuous quality improvement. Travel domestically up to 5%.

Lead design, validation, integration, and release of vehicle wire harnesses/cables and subcomponents. Drive problem resolution, validation plans, change requests, supplier coordination, cost/complexity reduction, and milestone tracking to support vehicle program launches.

Lead embedded software test planning and execution for platform and system validation. Create and run automated and manual test cases, log defects, report metrics, and drive test strategy and process improvements while collaborating with architects, developers, and system stakeholders.

Lead structural CAE analysis for new architectures and variants, create and execute FEA and quasi-static analysis plans, drive integrated design solutions and optimization, support hardware elimination and method development, and lead internal teams and suppliers to meet program milestones.
