Leads commercial sales performance across multiple stores and territories. Builds and manages automotive customer relationships, develops growth strategies, oversees key accounts, coaches Commercial Managers and Mobile Sales Representatives, and partners with operations to improve fulfillment and profitability. The role analyzes sales and financial metrics, maintains stocking programs, ensures policy and safety compliance, addresses customer concerns, and requires extensive travel, including overnight trips.
