Leads Take 5 Oil Change’s brand and customer experience design across signage, in-bay communications, promotional materials, CRM templates, retail kits, and grand-opening readiness. Develops visual standards, copy, templates, toolkits, and playbooks while partnering with marketing, construction, real estate, field teams, vendors, and agencies. Ensures consistent, on-brand execution across customer touchpoints and franchise locations.

The Senior Accountant manages general ledger accounts, vendor payments, cash matching, journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end and quarter-end close activities. The role maintains accounting records and workpapers in accordance with GAAP, supports member contracts and billing accuracy, documents internal controls, responds to internal requests, and assists with accounting projects. Perform month-end and quarter-end close activities for franchise business segment including journal entries, bank reconciliations, GL ownership, account reconciliations, internal controls documentation, ERP data analysis, and support for internal stakeholders and ad-hoc projects.

Lead the Collision business segment across multiple brands, owning strategy, P&L, operations, marketing, franchise relations, and talent development. Drive unit growth, franchisee success, insurance partnerships, customer satisfaction, and cross-functional collaboration to scale the business across North America.

Own and grow strategic customer accounts by building executive relationships, identifying expansion opportunities, negotiating agreements, forecasting account performance, and ensuring solution delivery. The role requires consultative selling, cross-functional collaboration, escalation management, and advocacy for customer needs. Success is measured through portfolio growth, retention, revenue achievement, and customer loyalty. Occasional travel may be required, and the employee must live in or near the Phoenix, Arizona market.
