Build and mentor a QA team, define quality standards and release gates, own automated test architecture (UI, API, integration, regression, simulation/ rendering validation), champion CI/CD quality practices, and collaborate with robotics, platform, and product stakeholders to reduce defects and improve release confidence.

Lead multiple engineering teams to deliver simulation integration, digital twin and geospatial/safety platform services. Define reusable platform APIs, collaborate with product and security, scale engineering execution, and improve organizational efficiency while ensuring reliability, performance, and security.

Provide Oracle EBS 12.2 and Oracle Database 19c administration (multitenant, RAC, ASM), manage RHEL virtual environments, WebLogic/Fusion Middleware, ORDS, ECC, APEX, and OAM/OID SSO. Implement TLS1.2, perform EBS cloning, ADOP patching, RMAN backups, Data Guard, performance tuning, HA/DR design, and automation via Bash. Maintain full-stack security patching and Oracle OEM monitoring.
