Build declarative automations (Flows, validation rules, custom objects), maintain data quality, triage user issues, document changes, and collaborate with developers for custom solutions. Support sales, support, and customer success teams and manage sandbox/change processes to ensure reliable, scalable platform operations.

Build, maintain, and document Salesforce solutions using declarative-first and custom development when needed. Write Apex, Lightning Web Components, and integrations; participate in code reviews; maintain development standards; build integrations with marketing automation and external APIs; contribute technical options and roadmap guidance; support CI/CD and data governance.
