Serve as engineering authority for USAF avionics and electronic warfare sustainment programs. Lead cost and pricing analysis for proposals: evaluate supplier proposals, validate bases of estimate, assess pricing fairness, develop strategic proposal analysis plans, manage compliance and schedules, and coordinate with cross-functional teams and supply chain to ensure compliant, timely proposals.

Lead and manage a systems engineering section while contributing technically across the full systems lifecycle: requirements, algorithm and software/DSP development, hardware integration, testing, modeling/simulation, and troubleshooting. Recruit, mentor, assign staff to programs/IRADs/proposals, set goals, and ensure adherence to company culture and processes. Onsite full-time role.
