The Senior Principal Engineer will design, develop, and test ground systems for space operations, managing requirements and providing technical leadership in an Agile environment.

The Chief Engineer leads technical solution definition and architecture design for Electronic Warfare systems, ensuring that products meet customer needs and requirements. They manage technical risks and are the primary technical liaison with stakeholders, including customers and leadership.

The Chief Engineer will lead the development of Electronic Warfare systems, ensuring architectural design, risk management, and technical solutions meet customer needs while interfacing with key stakeholders.

Serve as the primary Program Quality Engineer for F‑35 development and initial production: represent quality in the PMO and to the customer, lead design reviews and lifecycle management, mentor junior quality engineers, provide technical quality expertise, drive root-cause/corrective actions and transition-to-production activities, and promote a Quality‑First culture across the product line.

Design, develop, and integrate mission software in C++ and C# on Linux for electronic warfare. Contribute across the full software lifecycle, build and optimize real-time processing frameworks, apply Agile/DevSecOps and CI/CD practices, collaborate with systems and test teams, support international programs, and mentor junior engineers.

Plan and execute integration, verification, and validation test campaigns for EO/IR payloads and sensor systems. Develop test plans and procedures, perform lab/integration/environmental testing, collect and analyze performance data, troubleshoot anomalies, support MBSE verification traceability, and produce test reports and verification artifacts to ensure systems meet mission requirements.

Perform systems engineering for electronic warfare (EW) RF systems across design, integration, test, and sustainment. Support antenna/phased-array, RF components, radar, receiver architectures, and wireless communications. Work onsite in a lab, support manufacturing and quality engineering, and maintain program-level lifecycle processes. Collaborate on prototypes through production and enable future classified program support.

Lead cross-functional engineering teams to design, develop, test, and field electronic warfare systems. Ensure cost, schedule, and technical performance; manage technical risk, bids, staffing, and process improvement while collaborating with program management and stakeholders.

Summer internship for students who have completed their freshman year to support software development in Electronic Systems. Responsibilities include designing, developing, and testing software using Agile practices, integration testing, algorithm and data analysis, troubleshooting, and documentation. Work in Windows or Linux development environments targeting x86 or PowerPC. Participate in the company LEAP internship program. Position is onsite in southern New Hampshire and requires US citizenship and eligibility for a DoD security clearance.

Lead multidisciplinary hardware engineering teams through design, development, and design reviews for C4ISR electronics. Manage schedules, budgets, earned value, and productivity metrics; support proposals and hardware baselines; ensure hardware development process compliance and coordinate across procurement, operations, and program management.
