Entry-level System Security Engineer supporting cybersecurity engineering for space and mission systems. Manage cyber requirements, design secure systems using MBSE, validate technical security implementations, and support Assessment & Authorization (A&A) to obtain/maintain Authorizations to Operate (ATO). Collaborate with cross-functional teams, apply NIST/DISA/CIS standards, perform risk analysis and security planning, and integrate DevSecOps and software security engineering practices into system development.

Lead multidisciplinary hardware engineering teams to design, develop, and deliver ruggedized electro-optic, RF, PCB, and opto-mechanical systems for defense platforms. Own technical, cost, and schedule aspects, ensure manufacturability, support proposals, and drive quality, reliability, and compliance for DoD programs.

Design, develop, and integrate real-time mission software in C++ and C# on Linux. Participate across the software lifecycle, implement DevSecOps/CI-CD practices, collaborate with systems and test teams, support foreign military sales adaptations, mentor junior engineers, and evaluate new technologies for electronic warfare capabilities.

Lead a small engineering team to develop Sentinel ICBM payload capabilities. Provide technical advice, support requirements, analyses of alternatives, V&V, and milestone prep. Prepare and review engineering reports and acquisition documents, participate in design and program reviews, certification working groups, and mentor junior engineers.

Support design, integration, and lifecycle engineering for future ICBM payload systems. Lead system/subsystem design reviews, MBSE activities, risk and schedule integration, reliability analysis, requirements development, and production/verification coordination with DoD stakeholders.

Provide help-desk and system administration support for JWICS users: troubleshoot technical issues, manage user access, use automation/scripts to improve workflows, create training and documentation, and support customer user-level requirements within a DoD environment requiring an active Top Secret clearance and DoD 8570 IAT II certification.

Lead antenna engineering teams to design, analyze, test, and manufacture LO antenna systems. Define antenna specifications, perform RF and RCS analysis, run link-budget and propagation modeling, verify/validate designs, oversee prototyping and testing (gain/pattern, RCS), support production, present to customers, and contribute to budgets, schedules, and proposals.
