Lead multidisciplinary hardware engineering teams through design, development, and design reviews for C4ISR electronics. Manage schedules, budgets, earned value, and productivity metrics; support proposals and hardware baselines; ensure hardware development process compliance and coordinate across procurement, operations, and program management.

Develop and maintain Integrated Master Plans (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedules (IMS); integrate schedules across functions; monitor schedule performance using earned value metrics; perform schedule risk assessments; identify and resolve critical path and network logic conflicts; prepare status reports and support Integrated Baseline Reviews and Performance Measurement Baseline maintenance.

Lead design, requirements, analysis, integration, and test of satellite ground systems. Develop system architecture, decompose requirements, create ICDs/SEMP artifacts, support verification activities and program reviews, perform trade studies and risk assessments, and mentor junior staff while interfacing with customers and stakeholders.

Lead design, development, test, and operations of spacecraft fault management systems. Participate in systems engineering, develop and verify fault management concepts, produce documentation, execute test campaigns, and support hardware integration and operations while mentoring peers and collaborating with internal and customer stakeholders.

Lead supplier quality for printed wiring boards (PWBs): audit and assess suppliers, drive failure analysis and corrective actions, perform source and first-article inspections, implement quality tools (PPAP/FAI, PFMEA), and deliver supplier improvement plans. Requires PWB manufacturing expertise, IPC certifications, MIL and AS standards knowledge, and frequent supplier travel.

Summer software intern supporting Electronic Systems teams in southern New Hampshire. Duties include designing, developing, and testing software, integration testing, algorithm and data analysis, troubleshooting, and documentation. Work uses Windows or Linux development environments and x86 or PowerPC targets, and includes participation in the LEAP internship program.

Perform structural and thermal analyses (classical and FEA) for EO/IR/RF and precision-pointing products. Build and post-process FEMs, run modal/vibration/shock and heat-transfer studies, and present results. Provide technical leadership, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with multi-discipline design teams to optimize system designs.

Define and allocate weapon-system interface requirements, evaluate proposed interface changes, coordinate with government and contractors, perform impact assessments and compatibility verifications, migrate artifacts into digital engineering/model-based tools to support reviews, and support interfaces management. Limited travel (<10%) required.
