Design and certify Mechanical Ground Support Equipment (MGSE) and Special Test Equipment from concept through delivery. Perform CAD modeling and design analysis, define interfaces, support manufacturing/assembly/testing, manage requirements and change control, provide technical oversight of subcontracts, and deliver sustaining engineering through first use while meeting cost, schedule, and technical requirements.

Lead design and development of Built-In-Test (BIT) architecture, strategies, and test automation for electronic warfare and avionics systems. Perform testability analyses, MBSE artifact creation, BIT integration and demonstrations, prognostics algorithm design, root-cause investigations, and support SW, production, and field integration.

Lead design and implementation of enterprise integration solutions, modernizing BizTalk to Azure Integration Services. Provide technical leadership, architect integrations using Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus, Event Grid, and Functions, and mentor engineers while ensuring security and alignment with enterprise architecture and business needs.

Create, update, review, validate, and release engineering orders, 2D drawings and 3D models for the MMIII program using AutoCAD and SolidWorks. Ensure compliance with ASME and Air Force Drawing Standards, convert files to PDF, track releases, support configuration management, and perform QC pre-reviews to avoid rejections.
