Owns Preliminary Material Review and resolves supplied-material issues through measurement, nonconformance disposition, corrective action, and process improvement. Creates schematic symbols, PCB component footprints, board outlines, schematic diagrams, and intermediate PCB layouts using Cadence tools. Supports library parts, 3D models, design outputs, fabrication, and assembly requirements. Collaborates with electrical, mechanical, manufacturing, and process engineering teams on prototype and production-quality boards. Requires Cadence Allegro experience, AutoCAD Mechanical, Excel, product data management, GD&T, and IPC-2221 knowledge. U.S. citizenship is required under a government contract.
