Review and refine written products (OSINT reports, IT artifacts, policy, training materials, web content) for grammar, clarity, classification, and IC publication standards; collaborate with authors on style, translation accuracy, narrative improvements, and FDO compliance; lead editorial process to ensure consistency and adherence to protocols.

Manage and support multi-vendor enterprise storage arrays (Dell, HP, NetApp), backups and tape libraries, SAN zoning/LUN provisioning, storage performance/capacity monitoring, migrations and restores, VDI support, firmware/patch management, data center cabling/configuration, on-call and after-hours maintenance, and coordinate with security and internal customers in a secure environment.

Lead systems administrator responsible for implementing, maintaining, and securing Windows and Linux server environments, virtualization (VMware/Horizon), identity services (Microsoft Entra ID), backups/disaster recovery, endpoint management, scripting (PowerShell/Bash/Python), troubleshooting, compliance, and mentoring/site leadership.
