Develop, analyze, design, implement, and test complex software (primarily C++) for defense systems on Windows/Linux and embedded targets (ARM, x86-64, GPUs). Tasks include capturing technical requirements, creating schematics and PCBs, preliminary design and analysis, integration and verification testing, generating design documentation, and supporting production transitions while collaborating with mechanical, software, systems, and test engineers.

Lead cross-functional engineering teams to develop, test, transition, and field complex electronic systems. Serve as technical decision authority between Chief Engineer and engineering team, manage cost/schedule/technical performance, identify technical risks, support bids, establish engineering metrics, and develop staff and processes to improve program execution.

Lead international capture campaigns for electronic warfare programs: develop country strategies, build customer relationships, create multi-year capture and proposal plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage $100M+ program planning and contracting, and travel internationally to secure and transition defense programs.
