Lead and manage environmental compliance programs for the Sentinel ICBM modernization. Develop and implement environmental plans, ensure regulatory compliance (NEPA, CAA, CWA, RCRA, ESA, NHPA), manage permitting and GIS-based tracking, oversee MILCON environmental oversight, integrate compliance into schedules, direct cross-discipline teams, control documentation/versioning, coordinate with state DEQs and stakeholders, and support PESHE and MIL-STD-882E requirements.

Lead enterprise strategy and roadmaps for manufacturing and quality digital services (MRP, MES/MOM, QMS, PLM, IoT/edge). Drive Factory 5.0 transformation, IT/OT standardization, plant cybersecurity, and sustainment of enterprise platforms. Improve OEE, reduce CoPQ, modernize planning, enable IoT telemetry/edge analytics, integrate supplier quality, govern programs, and develop service management and engineering teams across a matrixed organization.

Support quality assurance across component-to-system manufacturing and test. Report quality metrics, resolve routine quality issues, support SPC and FAI activities, participate in audits, and drive CAPA with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.

Lead development and management of Integrated Master Schedules and Performance Measurement Baselines. Perform schedule performance analysis, schedule risk assessments (including Monte Carlo SRAs and critical path analysis), prepare proposal schedules, support Integrated Baseline Reviews, and ensure schedules comply with DoD, customer, and EVMS requirements. Advise leadership and facilitate cross-functional schedule integration and continuous improvement.

Lead strategic technology development for Military Space P&L groups: assess future needs, create long-range technology maturation and IRAD/CRAD plans, evaluate market and partner opportunities, support bid strategies, and coordinate across business units to advance mission architectures and demonstrations.

Design and develop mechanical hardware for RF and antenna systems from concept through detail design. Perform CAD modeling, design analysis, interface definition, risk mitigation, and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams. Support schedules, testing, sustaining engineering, and subcontract management for defense/aerospace platforms.
