The Chief Engineer will lead the development of Electronic Warfare systems, ensuring architectural design, risk management, and technical solutions meet customer needs while interfacing with key stakeholders.

The Chief Engineer leads technical solution definition and architecture design for Electronic Warfare systems, ensuring that products meet customer needs and requirements. They manage technical risks and are the primary technical liaison with stakeholders, including customers and leadership.

Perform automated and manual functional tests on avionics and electronic circuits using voltmeters, oscilloscopes, and logic analyzers. Read electrical schematics, follow precise written procedures, troubleshoot test failures, and ensure build quality. Role includes one-year Warrior Integration training for veterans transitioning to civilian defense-industry work.

Develops and maintains Integrated Master Plans (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedules (IMS); monitors schedule performance using EVM metrics; performs schedule risk assessments; identifies and resolves critical path and logic conflicts; prepares status and performance reports; supports Integrated Baseline Reviews and Performance Measurement Baseline maintenance; coordinates scheduling across finance, engineering, materials, manufacturing, and quality.

Lead and mentor a software engineering team developing and sustaining mission-critical C4ISR space systems software. Provide technical leadership, architecture reviews, oversee program execution, support hiring and career development, contribute to proposals, and collaborate with discipline leads to ensure program success.

Lead large-scale facility modernization and expansion programs ($50M–$300M) end-to-end. Define requirements and estimates, select construction delivery methods, apply Earned Value Management for performance tracking, manage P&L and capital, communicate program health to executives and government customers, and govern vendors and risk to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
