Design mechanical solutions for antenna and RF electronic systems from concept through detail design. Duties include CAD modeling, requirement allocation, interface definition, performance analysis, risk mitigation, documentation, test planning, collaboration in integrated program teams, subcontract technical oversight, sustaining engineering, and support for manufacturability and additive manufacturing efforts. Lead business development efforts for CEMA/ISS focused on EO/IR spectral dominance: build account plans, identify and qualify opportunities, develop capture and win strategies, conduct competitive and PTW analysis, cultivate customer and industry relationships, and coordinate handoffs to capture and proposal teams. Frequent customer engagement and up to 50% travel required.

Lead systems engineering for satellite ground systems: design, requirements decomposition, architecture, integration, verification/validation, interface control, test support, trade studies, and customer reviews. Provide technical leadership, mentor junior staff, and support program milestones and operations readiness.
