Leads a cross-site mechanical engineering team supporting combat vehicle and mission systems programs. Responsibilities include supervising 10–20 engineers and contractors, workforce planning, budgeting, staff development, process standardization, technical reviews, design tool and lab oversight, production support, and compliance. The role requires expertise in complex mechanical system design, integration, testing, product support, engineering leadership, and cross-functional problem resolution, with regular presence in manufacturing and fabrication environments.

Support classified IT environments by configuring and maintaining servers, workstations, Active Directory, Group Policy, virtual machines, backups, authentication, file shares, and collaboration systems. Manage infrastructure, patching, endpoint security, peripherals, and system restoration. Perform systems integration and analysis of military hardware and software systems, work independently, communicate effectively, and contribute to the development and deployment of next-generation ICBM capabilities.
