Develop, test, and integrate software for RF, Radar, EO/IR, EW, and SDR systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build cloud-native and real-time embedded applications (C++/Python/MATLAB), interface with hardware (FPGAs, GPUs, SoCs) using UART/I2C/SPI/CAN, and apply DevSecOps/CI-CD, containerization, and agile practices to deliver secure, high-performance solutions.

Support development, maintenance, and modernization of programmatic maintenance documentation for a Navy Strategic Systems Program. Create and manage ODs, instructions, CONOPs, plans, traceability matrices, decision/action/risk logs, and briefing materials. Capture requirements, coordinate stakeholders and review cycles, perform gap analysis, and maintain audit-ready documentation. Produce trackers, metrics, and leadership-ready summaries to support governance, configuration control, and program sustainment.

Support project data management and configuration control: plan, prepare, organize, control, and submit contractual data; manage release and control of program documentation; follow CDM policies and procedures; interface with personnel, customers, and suppliers; produce reports and ensure schedules and budgets are met.

Lead design and implementation of high-performance GPU-accelerated software using C++ and CUDA. Develop and optimize CUDA kernels for signal and image processing, integrate GPU components with systems, and collaborate with hardware, signal processing, and systems teams. Apply DevSecOps/CI-CD practices, profile/optimize performance, and develop software interfacing with FPGAs, GPUs, and embedded SoCs for defense systems.

Lead calibration approaches and support architecture development for EOIR remote sensing payloads, while analyzing data quality requirements and executing calibration strategies.
