Manage program managers, engage OEMs and senior stakeholders, mitigate portfolio risks, and advance business growth and airworthiness certification for military, UAS, and aircraft platforms.

Lead manufacturing strategy and execution for new product development programs. Develop BOEs and manufacturing plans, manage program launch, schedule, budget, and quality. Oversee EVM cost accounts, DTUPC, transition to production, risk/opportunity management, and stakeholder/customer communications. Ensure documentation, compliance with policies, and promote safety and LCM implementation.

Manage data requirement and electrical change requests for the U.S. Navy Strategic Weapon System. Coordinate with contractors, lead pre-coordination meetings, develop and drive change requests, perform impact reviews on SPALT and contractor documentation, support technical resolution with SSP working groups, and implement changes into SSP documentation. Limited off-site travel may be required.

Co-op position designing, developing, and implementing automated hardware and software test solutions for navigation and sensor systems (GPS receivers, microelectronics). Duties include creating functional and environmental (thermal, vibration) test setups, supporting lab and production test operations, and collaborating with design and production teams.
