Develops radiometric, spectral, physics-based calibration models, budgets, and uncertainty analyses; decomposes data-quality requirements; and supports design, testing, and verification. Serves as program calibration lead, collaborates across engineering disciplines, presents technical findings to customers and leadership, investigates novel calibration methods, and mentors engineers.

Supports Air Force Sentinel ICBM software acquisition and deployment by reviewing software systems requirements, specifications, processes, and plans. Coordinates with engineering teams, agencies, and stakeholders; analyzes software metrics and earned value; supports integration, strategic planning, Agile, DevSecOps, and model-based systems engineering initiatives. The role requires systems engineering experience, software development knowledge, a relevant bachelor’s degree, three years of experience, U.S. citizenship, and a Secret clearance.

Supports hardware design quality assurance for aerospace and defense products, including requirements validation, qualification testing, design reviews, change control, APQP, DFMEA, DFM, risk management, supplier selection, and continuous improvement. The role partners with engineering and manufacturing teams, evaluates hardware and digital architectures, ensures compliance with quality and customer requirements, reviews test and failure data, and mentors team members. Work focuses on production and development programs, including second-source initiatives and supply chain resilience.

Develop and maintain Linux-based embedded software for defense and C4ISR systems. Responsibilities include object-oriented software development, testing with debuggers and simulators, software releases, quality assurance, customer deployment support, and work on distributed, real-time, multithreaded, low-latency, device-control, and SDR applications.

Leads supplier quality investigations for electrical harnesses, assemblies, and electronics. Evaluates nonconformances, corrective actions, First Article Inspections, test plans, and quality documentation. Drives root-cause analysis, containment, inventory management, continuous improvement, and supplier performance using AS9100, AS9102, A3, and Zero Defect practices.
