Perform end-to-end payload performance analysis for EO and multispectral sensors, conducting radiometric, spatial, and spectral assessments, modeling unresolved imagery, supporting requirements, verification/validation, and interfacing with systems, calibration, image processing, and hardware teams to verify payload performance across mission scenarios and environments.

Design and execute precision assembly and microelectronic packaging processes for space-flight focal plane subsystems. Work hands-on in a Class 100 cleanroom, create and maintain process and configuration-controlled documentation, support manufacturing readiness and quality assurance, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across mechanical, thermal, electrical, and optical interfaces for civil and defense space programs.

Perform end-to-end electro-optical (EO) payload performance analysis across radiometric, spatial, and spectral domains. Develop and execute modeling/simulation for sensor performance, simulate unresolved imagery, support requirements, verification/validation, and interface with systems, calibration, processing, hardware, and test teams. Present results and support program reviews and payload verification.

Support the Government Program Manager and engineers in planning and executing acquisition programs. Manage schedules, drive program milestones, ensure statutory/regulatory documentation compliance, coordinate cross-functional teams, and provide detailed program support while applying Air Force and government processes and using Microsoft Office tools.
