As a System Safety Engineer at BAE Systems, you will provide subject matter expertise to maintain the System Safety program for the Minuteman III ICBM. Your responsibilities include managing safety risk management, conducting engineering reviews, and assessing hazards throughout the equipment lifecycle.

Candidates shall have five years of ISSO experience or equivalent systems security related experience. Responsibilities include reviewing security documentation, performing vulnerability/risk assessment analysis, and preparing reports such as System Security Plans, Risk Assessments Reports, and Certification and Accreditation packages. The candidate must have an understanding of the Risk Management Framework.

The Configuration Manager is responsible for maintaining configuration baselines across developmental and operational systems. Duties include implementing CM policies and procedures, conducting change control, configuration audits, and utilizing automated CM tools. The role ensures compliance with configuration management processes throughout the system life cycle.
