Lead modeling and simulation efforts for the Minuteman III ICBM weapon system. Manage lifecycle reviews, customer quality liaison activities, audits, requirements flowdown, nonconformance investigations, corrective actions, quality risks, supplier plans, and performance metrics. Ensure compliance with aerospace and quality standards while coordinating cross-functional resources, supporting production transitions, and driving improvements in program and customer outcomes.

Designs, analyzes, and validates complex hardware structures for aerospace and defense applications. Responsibilities include mechanical architecture, structural integrity analysis, vibration and shock testing, environmental lab coordination, shaker-table operation, customized vibration profile development, and mentoring engineering teams on structural design practices. The role requires collaboration across functions and hybrid onsite and remote work.

Leads the design, analysis, integration, testing, manufacturing transition, and production support of advanced opto-mechanical EO/IR military systems.
