Provide Tier II network engineering and configuration management support for enterprise LAN/WAN environments across multiple classifications. Support verification strategy, reviews, and RVTM maintenance; analyze data to verify system requirements; develop and execute systems test plans/procedures; engage with IPTs and support systems engineering technical reviews, particularly applying MBSE and digital engineering practices.

Manage aviation protection programs end-to-end: cost, schedule, technical execution, risk/opportunity, supply chain interfacing, lifecycle management, customer and stakeholder communications, and ensure safety and compliance.
