Provides production-floor electrical engineering support for switchgear and switchboard manufacturing. Leads electrical testing and functional verification, troubleshoots wiring and component failures, interprets schematics, improves test procedures, supports UL compliance and new product introductions, reviews drawings for manufacturability, and trains technicians. The role requires hands-on use of electrical test equipment, collaboration with production and design teams, and adherence to NFPA 70E safety practices.

Provides helpdesk and end-user IT support across U.S. facilities. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software, responding to service requests, configuring workstations, onboarding employees, maintaining equipment and software inventories, documenting procedures, training users, performing upgrades, and supporting IT improvement projects.

Manages electrical distribution equipment projects from customer concept through engineering, production, and shipment. The role is fully onsite in a manufacturing environment and requires interpreting technical drawings and managing multiple concurrent projects.

Leads manufacturing engineering activities including new product introduction, manufacturability reviews, automation and equipment implementation, fixture design, work instructions, workflow layout, quality improvement, OSHA support, and manufacturing team supervision.

Designs low-voltage switchboards and panelboards using 2D and 3D CAD, including sheet metal parts, assemblies, wiring diagrams, front views, one-line drawings, and layouts. Applies electrical safety standards and regulations, analyzes client requirements, collaborates with manufacturing and suppliers, and mentors team members. Requires engineering expertise in switchgear design, control circuits, conductor and overcurrent protection sizing, and applicable UL standards.

Provides electrical application engineering and technical support to engineering, sales teams, representatives, and customers. Responsibilities include developing customer-driven products, field engineering and site audits, technical marketing content, white papers, product opportunity analysis, and customer training. The role supports low-voltage switchgear, surge suppression, telecommunications, industrial Ethernet, and related power protection products, with approximately 30% travel.
