Coordinates execution across Accounting Centers of Excellence, drives process improvements, manages ownership relationships, and partners cross-functionally. Builds and leads accounting teams through hiring, coaching, performance management, and employee relations. Ensures accurate, timely, compliant financial reporting under GAAP.

Coordinates with community leadership, health services, vendors, and prospective residents while supporting move-ins, selections, marketing plans, and office administration.

Leads enterprise digital marketing strategy, websites, SEO, paid search, conversion optimization, marketing technology, automation, and analytics. Oversees digital roadmaps, customer journeys, performance measurement, vendor relationships, governance, and website operations. Partners across Marketing, Sales, Technology, Data, Operations, and community teams to drive engagement, qualified leads, occupancy, revenue, and growth. Manages digital marketing staff and plans staged capability hiring.

Leads enterprise business intelligence strategy, product roadmap, semantic modeling, governance, adoption, and delivery. Manages the BI team, partners with Data Engineering, Data Governance, Data Science, AI Solutions, and IT, and enables AI-assisted analytics experiences. Translates business needs into scalable BI products, oversees prioritization and performance, coaches technical professionals, and remains involved in solution design and complex troubleshooting.

Manages the senior living community’s business office, including resident billing, rent and ACH payments, accounts receivable and payable, deposits, census updates, collections, reconciliations, and month-end close. Reviews billing statements, processes resident charges, distributes rent increase notices, and supports the Executive Director while maintaining accurate, confidential, and professional administrative operations.

Owns financial reporting and compliance deliverables, including CAM, board and owner reporting, regulatory submissions, medical expense and insurance claim packages, debt covenant calculations, and tax support. Performs data validation, variance analysis, reconciliations, exception reporting, and data governance checks. Maintains reporting calendars and documentation while coordinating with BI, IT, auditors, lenders, and leadership to resolve complex issues and improve reporting processes.
