Coordinates Personal Care and Memory Care staff schedules, manages call-outs and shift coverage, processes time-off requests, tracks attendance, corrects timecards, and approves payroll timecard processing. The Scheduler supports nurse management with administrative tasks and may cover open caregiver shifts. Partners with department directors and the Executive Director to ensure financial, HR, payroll, and administrative processes follow company policies and procedures.

Leads senior living development projects from opportunity identification and market positioning through design, financing, approvals, construction, occupancy, move-in, and closeout. Manages development teams, budgets, schedules, architects, marketing partners, financing activities, government approvals, construction changes, quality expectations, and stakeholder relationships. Supports occupancy goals and represents the owner with clients, officials, residents, media, and project partners.

Leads sales and marketing for Independent Living residences, driving occupancy growth, lead generation, referrals, advertising, events, and sales performance. Develops marketing plans, manages budgets, coaches sales staff, builds community relationships, and partners with executive leadership to achieve occupancy goals. Represents the community at networking and outreach events while delivering professional, welcoming experiences to prospective residents, families, and referral partners.

Owns financial reporting and compliance deliverables, including CAM reports, board and owner schedules, regulatory submissions, medical expense and insurance claim packages, debt covenant calculations, and due diligence requests. Performs data validation, variance analysis, reconciliations, exception reporting, and data governance checks. Partners with BI, IT, and process owners to resolve issues, improve reporting processes, maintain audit-ready documentation, and meet reporting deadlines with minimal supervision.

Provides telephone and reception coverage, greets residents and visitors, distributes mail and packages, maintains visitor logs and entry security, prepares work orders and correspondence, and performs resident data entry and clerical tasks. Requires courteous communication, computer proficiency, Microsoft Office skills, multitasking ability, and availability for varied first- and second-shift schedules, including weekends.

Supports vendor research and relationship management, purchase order and invoice tracking, pricing analysis, cost-savings initiatives, business cases, and savings dashboards. Partners with leadership on special projects, participates in continuous improvement and professional development, and presents project outcomes to senior leadership at the end of the 12-week internship.
