Supports the Community Manager with daily operations at a 396-unit affordable housing community. Responsibilities include maintaining occupancy and financial goals, fostering resident relationships, providing customer service, training and directing site personnel, building community relationships, and participating in scheduled on-call coverage. The role prefers prior property management experience, affordable housing program knowledge, and Yardi experience, with occasional evening and weekend availability required.

Supports corporate finance functions through financial reporting, budget comparisons, financial statement review, basic financial modeling, property and partnership valuations, cash flow analysis, data audits, and workbook maintenance. The intern also prepares materials for financial review meetings, assists with refinancing and cash distribution analyses, and collaborates with teams across Corporate Services.
