Leads commercial, CRE, C&I, and SBA credit management, including loan underwriting, approval, structuring, risk grading, portfolio oversight, collections, and problem-loan resolution. Oversees credit quality, policy compliance, reporting, regulatory examinations, process optimization, and technology adoption. Partners with lenders and department leaders to support prudent loan growth, trains credit teams, and manages assigned staff while maintaining consistent credit standards and operational efficiency.

Develops and expands relationships with high-net-worth clients, privately held businesses, real estate investors, and professional service firms. Provides tailored credit, deposit, and treasury solutions; drives new business and cross-selling; oversees portfolio health, credit quality, onboarding, and risk management; structures loans with lenders and underwriters; and coordinates with internal banking teams. The role also supports regulatory compliance, client service, mentorship, and strategic growth while requiring 50% travel.

Manages a commercial lending portfolio as the primary post-origination credit steward. Responsibilities include monitoring credit performance, risk ratings, financial results, covenants, borrower reporting, and emerging risks; supporting renewals, modifications, restructures, and maturity management; performing financial analysis and cash flow modeling; preparing credit approval packages; and ensuring compliance with credit policy, regulatory expectations, and BSA/AML requirements.
