Develop, modernize, test, deploy, and maintain secure Android and iOS applications supporting DHS and CBP mission-critical systems. An active TS/SCI clearance and extensive data governance and architecture experience are required.

Build and maintain data pipelines and integration solutions for DISN network topology and operational data. Integrate distributed data sources with Kafka and Elastic platforms, develop ETL and streaming workflows, and create Kibana dashboards for analytics and visualization. Collaborate with stakeholders and Agile teams, troubleshoot infrastructure and integration issues, document technical and DoD requirements, and support security compliance, platform reliability, and operational sustainment.

Supports Department of Defense cryptographic modernization and enterprise key management initiatives through cybersecurity research, policy analysis, risk assessments, systems engineering, roadmap development, governance planning, and executive communications. Evaluates cryptographic architectures and policies, assesses Post-Quantum Cryptography readiness, interprets federal cybersecurity guidance, develops technical and executive deliverables, coordinates stakeholders, and presents recommendations to senior government leadership.

Responsibilities span responsive interfaces, APIs, backend services, databases, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, infrastructure automation, testing, monitoring, incident response, documentation, and Agile delivery.
