Provides entry-level IT help desk support, including monitoring and prioritizing tickets, resolving user issues by phone and email, escalating complex requests, resetting passwords, unlocking accounts, deploying workstations, and installing approved applications.

Supports tax credits and incentives consulting projects through research, analysis, documentation, applications, client coordination, project execution, and incentive opportunity evaluation. The role manages timelines and deliverables, prepares reports and presentations, addresses technical issues, maintains knowledge of incentive programs and regulations, and provides guidance to junior team members across multiple industries.

Supports senior tax consultants and managers with sales and use tax overpayment reviews, audit reviews, refund filings, tax research, invoice and tax return analysis, data entry, vendor communications, client reports, and refund claims. The intern will use Microsoft Word and Excel, research tax issues, maintain documentation, and travel to client locations as needed. Candidates must be pursuing an accounting, economics, finance, or related bachelor's degree and entering their junior or senior year.
