Own spacecraft production operations, including work instructions, MES processes, assembly kits, non-conformance resolution, equipment calibration, and ground support equipment. Support technicians on the build floor, improve production efficiency and yield, and provide manufacturing expertise to design engineers on drawings, SOPs, and design-for-manufacturability decisions.

Mechanical Engineering Intern supporting the design, analysis, integration, and hands-on assembly of spacecraft hardware. Responsibilities include developing structural components and docking interfaces, thermal management, electronics and sensor integration, harness and connector layouts, and structural and thermal analysis. The role requires CAD proficiency and foundational mechanical analysis knowledge, with preferred experience in space environments, FEA, ruggedized connectors, machining, 3D printing, or prototyping.

Identifies and qualifies government and commercial spacecraft opportunities, develops customer relationships, manages capture pursuits, and maintains the business pipeline. Responsibilities include researching markets, competitors, budgets, and acquisition pathways; preparing briefings, white papers, RFIs, and MOUs; supporting conferences; and translating customer requirements into product strategy with engineering. The role is onsite in Golden, Colorado and requires approximately 25% travel.

Own relative-state estimation for spacecraft proximity operations and electromagnetic docking. Develop, tune, verify, and deploy navigation filters, measurement models, simulations, and flight software in C++ and Python. Define navigation accuracy budgets and perception interfaces, conduct hardware-in-the-loop testing, support flight operations, investigate on-orbit anomalies, and contribute to absolute navigation for assembled spacecraft. Collaborate across controls, perception, avionics, and systems engineering.
