Directs marketing and sales for independent living residences, including occupancy development, lead generation, advertising, referrals, events, sales objectives, budgeting, CRM data management, prospect follow-up, reporting, and team performance. The role leads Residency Counselors and marketing staff while collaborating with senior leadership to achieve sales goals and maintain strong resident and community relationships.

This full-time, 12-week internship supports meaningful organizational projects, cross-functional collaboration, professional development, networking, mentorship, and shadowing. Interns will gain exposure to company operations and present project outcomes and their summer experience to senior leadership. Ideal candidates are enrolled in finance, real estate, economics, or a related program, with strong attention to detail and communication skills. Exposure to development or construction project management is a plus.
