Supports employee relations and HR compliance across corporate and field operations. Conducts confidential investigations, interprets policies, monitors employment-law compliance, maintains case documentation, prepares risk reports, supports training, and advises HR stakeholders and managers. The role requires strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws, including FMLA, ADA, FLSA, and EEO requirements, and includes occasional domestic travel of up to 40%.

Supports monthly, weekly, and ad hoc invoicing by downloading and validating logistics data, developing invoice templates and solutions, analyzing trends and budget variances, issuing invoices, documenting processes, and assisting customers, logistics personnel, and the Invoicing Coordinator. The role requires strong Excel skills, MercuryGate experience, attention to detail, communication abilities, and management of recurring deadlines.
