Supports administration, configuration, troubleshooting, monitoring, and optimization of business applications used by Brokerage Services. Partners with business users, IT delivery teams, vendors, infrastructure, security, and operations teams to resolve issues, coordinate enhancements, support upgrades and testing, maintain documentation, and improve application effectiveness. Requires sales experience, employee benefits knowledge preferred, and an appropriate state insurance license or ability to obtain one within 90 days.

Generates new commercial property and casualty insurance sales through prospecting, community involvement, association meetings, and sales calls. Partners with internal experts to develop coverage solutions and proposals, manages an existing book of business with the client experience team, maintains client relationships, and addresses evolving business needs. Promotes the agency and insurance industry, communicates market developments, supports team accountability, and coaches colleagues to build effective teams.

Investigates, evaluates, adjudicates, and resolves lost-time and litigated workers’ compensation claims across Maine, Connecticut, and New Jersey. The specialist gathers and maintains claim information, researches coverage issues, mediates between insureds and insurers, processes settlements, generates indemnity and medical payment checks, and supports consistent claims procedures and compliance. Active state licensing or the ability to obtain required licenses is necessary.

Participates in a 10-week onsite sales internship rotating through brokerage services teams. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, building prospective-client relationships, supporting proposals and sales staff, attending meetings and community events, and preparing presentations. Interns receive insurance-industry education, mentorship, networking opportunities, and professional development while supporting client acquisition and company growth.

Investigates, evaluates, and resolves lost-time and litigated workers’ compensation claims. The specialist communicates with insured parties, claimants, insurers, and internal teams; researches coverage issues; processes indemnity and medical payments; maintains accurate claim records; supports settlements; and promotes consistent, compliant claims-handling procedures across multiple jurisdictions.

Supports the information security governance and compliance program through risk assessments, policy development, control implementation, vendor risk management, contractual reviews, audits, and compliance reporting. The role maintains regulatory alignment with standards such as NIST, HIPAA, NYDFS, and GLBA; manages GRC activities; mentors junior analysts; and leads compliance projects, including SOC 2 audit support.

Supports corporate marketing events, company meetings, branded document creation, administrative tasks, and graphic design projects. The intern collaborates with the marketing events team, works independently and creatively, and gains experience through a 10-week onsite summer program.
