Leads enterprise data governance strategy, policies, quality frameworks, data cataloging, lineage, security, privacy, master data management, and responsible AI governance. Partners with stakeholders to improve data trust, regulatory compliance, and business value. Provides technical expertise in Snowflake, data transformation, and complex SQL while driving adoption of governance standards and practices across the organization.

Performs daily reconciliations and settlement activities for ACH, ATM, debit card, Federal Reserve, and other operational accounts. Researches variances, non-posted items, and claims; balances ATM transactions; resolves ledger discrepancies; supports branches and vendors; ensures regulatory compliance and SLA adherence; assists with process improvements, training, procedure updates, and testing of new ATM products.

Processes vehicle loan and lease titles from initial inventory through lien release and member delivery. Reviews paid-in-full reports, resolves title rejections and audit issues, coordinates with DMVs, dealerships, vendors, and members, and prepares lease buyout documentation. Provides phone and electronic support, assists with title transfers, and contributes to system testing and SOP updates.

Supports the development, administration, and compliance of compensation programs, policies, salary surveys, incentive plans, and pay equity initiatives. Conducts quantitative and qualitative compensation analysis, audits data integrity, monitors legal and regulatory updates, and provides analytical and operational support to HR leadership. Collaborates with recruiting and management teams, contributes to compensation recommendations, and participates in related projects.

Lead and expand a regional team of Mortgage Loan Officers by recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and managing production performance. Drive sales growth, market expansion, business development, partner relationships, educational events, and community engagement. Establish sales plans, monitor team results, manage retention and culture, and ensure compliance with mortgage regulations, BSA, AML, and OFAC requirements.
