Provides Tier 2 firewall operations support for Department of State network infrastructure. Requires extensive Microsoft endpoint engineering experience, an active Secret clearance, eligibility for Top Secret clearance, and U.S. citizenship. The position is hybrid, with three days onsite weekly in Washington, D.C.

Supports Federal Student Aid cybersecurity and IT initiatives through project planning, scheduling, coordination, risk and issue tracking, reporting, dashboard development, documentation, stakeholder meetings, and deliverable management. The role maintains project controls, analyzes performance and dependencies, coordinates government and contractor teams, supports compliance and cybersecurity activities, and provides accurate information for management decisions. This is a remote, contingent position requiring an active Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship.
