Leads the daily operations and performance of the Certification Analyst team, including staffing, work assignments, workflow optimization, audits, training, onboarding, coaching, and continuous improvement. Partners with certification leadership to ensure adequate application review support, meet performance expectations, and align resources with organizational priorities. The role requires strong analytical, communication, facilitation, customer service, organizational, and project management skills, plus healthcare and provider-related knowledge.

Develops confidential executive communications, speeches, briefings, reports, white papers, talking points, and stakeholder messaging. Partners with executives and communications teams to translate complex topics into clear, strategic content across policy, brand, marketing, and public relations. Evaluates campaign effectiveness, supports sensitive projects, manages multiple communications initiatives, and uses research and data to improve communication strategies.

Reviews nursing certification and recertification applications for eligibility, validates education, licensure, transcripts, and accreditation documentation, identifies gaps, and communicates with applicants to obtain clarification. Counsels nurses on certification and renewal requirements, audits compliance evidence, escalates complex cases, and represents the certification program at conferences. Requires an active RN license, nursing experience, strong analytical and communication skills, database experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, and occasional travel.
